Baby Buddy is an Alexa skill provided to You (End-User) by Peer Vendors LLC, located at 6928 190th St SW, Lynnwood, Washington 98036, United States (hereinafter: Provider), for use only under the terms of these Terms of Use.

By enabling and using the Baby Buddy Alexa skill, You indicate that You agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use, and that You accept these Terms of Use.

The parties of these Terms of Use acknowledge that Amazon is not a Party to these Terms of Use and is not bound by any provisions or obligations with regard to the Baby Buddy skill, such as warranty, liability, maintenance and support thereof. Peer Vendors LLC, not Amazon, is solely responsible for the Baby Buddy Alexa skill and the content thereof.

These Terms of Use are subject to Amazon's Alexa Skills Terms of Use . Peer Vendors LLC acknowledges that it had the opportunity to review said terms and these Terms of Use are not conflicting with them.

All rights not expressly granted to You are reserved.


1. THE ALEXA SKILL

Baby Buddy (hereinafter: Skill) is an Alexa voice skill created to provide parents and caregivers with hands-free baby care tracking and management capabilities. Baby Buddy helps users track feeding schedules, sleep patterns, diaper changes, growth measurements, health information, appointment schedules, and other important baby care activities through natural voice commands. It is used to serve as a comprehensive digital assistant for baby care management, data tracking, and parental support.

The Skill is designed to comply with applicable privacy regulations and child safety requirements. However, it is not intended to replace professional medical advice or emergency services. If your baby requires medical attention or you are experiencing a medical emergency, you should contact appropriate healthcare professionals or emergency services immediately, not rely on this Skill.


2. SCOPE OF USE

2.1 This license covers any updates to the Skill provided by Provider that enhance, repair, and/or supplement the original functionality, unless a separate license is provided for such update, in which case the terms of that new license will govern.

2.2 You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the Skill, or any part thereof (except with Peer Vendors LLC's prior written consent).

2.3 You may not use the Skill for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial baby care management. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise make the Skill available to third parties.

2.4 Violations of the obligations mentioned above, as well as the attempt of such infringement, may be subject to prosecution and damages.


3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

3.1 The Skill requires an Amazon Alexa-enabled device and a stable internet connection to function properly.

3.2 You must have a valid Amazon account and the Alexa app installed on your mobile device for initial setup and configuration.

3.3 The Skill may require access to Amazon's reminder services and other Alexa capabilities as part of its normal operation.


4. MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT

4.1 Peer Vendors LLC will provide reasonable efforts to maintain the Skill and address technical issues, but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation.

4.2 Support for the Skill may be requested through the customer support features within the Skill or by contacting Peer Vendors LLC directly.


5. USE OF DATA

5.1 The Skill collects and stores baby care data that you provide through voice commands, including but not limited to feeding information, sleep patterns, health measurements, and appointment details.

5.2 Your data is stored securely and is used solely to provide the Skill's functionality. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5.3 You maintain ownership of your data and may request data export or deletion at any time through the Skill's data management features or by contacting customer support.

5.4 Data transmission and processing are subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your information.


6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree that when using the Baby Buddy skill:

6.1 You will provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge and ability.
6.2 You will not use the Skill for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
6.3 You understand that the Skill is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

8.2 Peer Vendors LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Skill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.3 Our total liability to you for all claims arising from the use of the Skill shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Skill (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.


9. TERMINATION

9.1 You may stop using the Skill at any time by disabling it in your Alexa app or through voice commands.

9.2 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Skill if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or our systems.

9.3 Upon termination, your access to the Skill will cease, though data retention will be governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.


10. CHANGES TO TERMS

10.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the Skill or other reasonable means.

10.2 Continued use of the Skill after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.
