This page contains instructions on how to delete your information from Duka Foods Mobile App. You can only delete your information if you have an account with us. What you need.

You are going to need the following pieces of information.

An account in Duka Foods mobile App.
The phone number with which you registered for Duka Foods Mobile App
The email address with which you registered for Duka Foods Mobile App

HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA FROM Duka Gas.

WARNING: The actions you are about to do below will both delete your data and your account. Deleting your data/account is not reversible. Once you delete your data, you cannot get it back even if you contact us.

Open your Duka Foods Mobile App.
If you are not signed in, sign in with either your email or phone number registered with your account.
On the home page, click on the icon that say Account (this is the last icon).
Scroll to the bottom where it says delete my account .
A dailog box will appear prompting you to deactivate and delete. (deleting your account is not reversible.)
If you still want to delete your account, click on the Delete button.
You will be signed out, and taken out of the app. The deletion process can take up to 15 minutes.
Once your account is deleted, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
